Our inflatable PFD's or LIfe Jackets have a gererous allowance for the inflatable chamber so that when it is inflated, it won't impact on you or the fit of the lifejacket.
Product Description
The Water Activated Strobe Light can be fitted to almost all Stormy Life Jackets and Life Vests to provide additional safety to the wearer. The Light is SOLAS approved and fits easily to the oral inflation tube of the inflation chamber. Once contact with the water is made, the strobe light will flash to identify your position to all vessels in the immediate area. It can also be activated manually when the sensor is in the water, by pressing the red button on the body of the unit.
The UML life jacket lights are maintenance free, however, the storage life of the light is five years from the date of manufacture. The expiry date of the lights is shown clearly on the label. On reaching the expiry date, the light should be removed and a new light refitted. UML life jacket lights contain a high performance Lithium battery which is completely sealed inside it.
